 We have received information that 4 anglers have been seen fishing our water at Newbus Grange, Neasham, Nr. Darlington, removing fish and using our car park.  Several dog walkers have seen them and it is believed they are Polish and are quite brazen about their activities.  Please report any activity using the contacts on this web site. 

Reports may also be made to the Police calling 101 and/or the EA on 0800 80 70 60

These poachers are stealing our fishing rights and fish.

They are in breach of Schedule 1, Section 32 Theft Act 1968

If they do not hold a valid EA licence they may be prosecuted under the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Act 1975

The club will not tolerate non members stealing our fishing rights or anyone killing our fish and will report any such incidents to the Police and EA.
